About
A former collegiate and minor league pitcher for the Chicago Cubs, Stosh Jackson is competitive, strategic and focused. Leveraging the same innate drive that powered his baseball career, Stosh helps buyers, sellers, investors and builders fulfill their real estate goals.
He launched his career in the building industry while working for prestigious design-build firm, Gregg Abel Design, in Laguna Beach. There he gained valuable insights into construction and architecture which help him identify design nuances and provide investment guidance to clients. More than just a broker determined to close a deal, Stosh approaches real estate with an appreciation for a smart investment, quality design, craftsmanship and the capacity to envision what a home could become.
He spends time getting to know every client personally and is always on the lookout for homes that might inspire them. Stosh views each transaction as a pivotal moment in a client’s life and does everything in his power to ensure buyers find their dream homes and sellers get the best price. A creative negotiator and wise investor, Stosh relies on his analytical experience to create effective listing plans and help clients weigh the pros and cons of each financial decision.
Outside of real estate, Stosh cherishes time with his wife, two sons and close friends—some of whom are former clients. Stosh believes in the spirit of community and lends his support to the University of Portland, high school sports, Teens in Public Service, Amara, Little League Baseball and University Behind Bars.
Staying true to his Pacific Northwest roots, Stosh finds solace in outdoor activities like surfing, skiing and, of course, baseball. He’s lived in the region for 13 years and keeps his finger on the pulse of the real estate market in King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties.
